Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, and returns are free.

What you can return

• Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original tags attached.

How to return an item

1. Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We'll email you a free prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is free, so the full item price is refunded.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping

We ship to the United States with Standard shipping at $5.00 per item. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
