Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to purchases from Store Demo (store-demo.infocus-solution.com), operated by Infocus Software Solutions, Hyderabad, India. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
- Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount shown on the product page.
- We describe products and show their colours as accurately as we can; small differences can occur between screens.
- If a price or description is wrong, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and will refund anything you paid.
Shipping
We ship to the United States. Standard shipping costs $5.00 per item. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
Returns and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, free of charge, if they are unworn with tags attached. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
